I loved C25K and how it helped me become a "runner." I did it through twice and then moved on to Bridge to 10K and I'm almost done with it now. Keep at it, Megan. I recommend C25K to anyone who will listen about running. I was training for a 1/2 marathon last year but I've done nothing much other than get injured over and over again since then :( <br />I am working my way back up to a 5k - physically I can do it as far as my stamina/fitness level, just need to convince my knees and legs they can do it!
