FNSI - take two RESULTS

Another successful Friday Night Sew-In!  Here's the quilt top I put together last night.  The fabric is Midwest Modern by Amy Butler (one of my favorites).  The quilt pattern is something I designed using squares and rectangles.  

The finished size is 36" x 36"

FNSI - take two

Tonight is Friday Night Sew-In!  This will be my second time participating, and I am looking forward to it.  It has been a while (as you can probably see with my blog posts) since I have had the chance to sew.  So tonight, I am going to make the most of my time.  I already have one project cut out and have started piecing (thanks to having the day off yesterday), so the goal tonight is to finish the top.  It involves some Amy Butler fabric, and two Kona Cotton solids.  I am really happy with the way it is turning out so far.   Happy Sewing!
