wip wednesday.

hey there! are you officially back to reality from the holiday hoopla? slowly but surely i'm getting there! between house sitting for the past week and battling a stomach flu these past few days, it's been a slow start to 2012. but somehow i was still able to get a few things done, take a look...

first pdf pattern. in progress. 
it's been a goal of mine to have some downloadable pdf quilt patterns available in my shop. so i rang in the new year by finishing up a pattern and i'm getting super excited to share it with you all! it's been quilted and bound, next step pictures! i think i will be sharing it next monday for the first {sew} modern monday of 2012. stay tuned!

my365. in progress.  
i've been wanting to do a project 365 for a while now. but the reality is, there's no way i can keep up with taking picture with my big dslr each and every day. so i found this fun app. called my365. i can insert my instagram pictures into this fun calendar each day. here's to hoping i can keep up!

  4. And this is why I want an iPhone or iPad :) I love the 365 idea, but you're right, a big heavy camera just isn't going to get used every day of the year. Can't wait to see your pattern photos!

  8. Good luck on your 365 project. I burned out in June last year... but I didn't have an app to remind me to take pictures. I wish there was a PC version of this, I would be all over that... So far so good on 365 this year, but we are only 4 days in.
