{sew} modern monday.

{Sew} Modern Monday at Canoe Ridge Creations

it's {sew} modern monday time again!!

i hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! i am happy to say i was finally able to spend a weekend at home doing whatever.i.wanted.ah, heavenly. i slept in, spent time with family, read, knitted, and sewed. it was wonderful!

sadly, my weekend didn't result in an actual modern sewing finish (i am so close i can taste it!) because i my number one goal this weekend was to finish a honey cowl for my mom (yesterday was her birthday--happy birthday, mom!!). and mission accomplished. :) i am so addicted to knitting these things!

Honey cowl number 3. <3

how was your weekend?
do you have a modern sewing finish?
then link 'em up! but please remember to include a
link back (or just grab my button!) to canoe ridge creations! :)

  2. Great gift for your mom! Didn't she want to model it for us? If you need to make another one to get them out of your system I know someone in Indiana who needs one...

  3. Very very pretty! I love this pattern too, I'm working on my second. Have all of yours been the longest size? I've done small and this next one is medium. :)

  4. Love all that knitting you're doing - I totally have two left hands when it comes to knitting and have never been able to get the hang of it. Yours looks lovely, and I'm sure your mom loved that cowl!
